Initial tests for the new iteration of p:cast-content-type

Tests that an XML document is unchanged if content type is the same.

The root element is not result. Root element does not have child 'doc'. Root element does not have child 'fn:map'. The base-uri property is not correct. The content-type property is not correct. The additional property is not correct. There is no serialization property. The serialization map with key 'indent' is not correct.
